Frances Restaurant, named in honour of Professor Frances Gonin, celebrates the culinary lifestyle of the Mediterranean with a strong emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Our menu is intentionally simple, allowing quality produce to shine. We proudly support regional artisans, using organic farm-fresh vegetables, award-winning Klein River cheeses, free-range eggs, and freshly baked breads prepared daily. Even elements of our crockery are crafted by local potters in nearby Kleinmond.

Frances offers warm hospitality in a setting inspired by Provence and the Hermanus seafront.
